About Caribe Journal of Public Health
Caribe Journal of Public Health (CJPH) is a peer-reviewed, open-access platform dedicated to advancing public health and medicine, operated by Ediciones Caribe GMG. We support rigorous research across epidemiology, global health, health policy, environmental and occupational health, and the wider biomedical sciences with double-blind peer review and immediate open access to all content.
Our mission is to strengthen evidence-based public health communication across the Caribbean and Latin America by connecting editors, authors and readers on a single professional platform, backed by a modern editorial management system.
All articles are freely available under CC BY from the date of publication.
A first decision is provided approximately 18 days after submission.
Double-blind review by at least two independent referees plus an academic editor.
Publication Process
- Manuscript SubmissionSubmit via the OJS wizard of the target journal (see Submit button).
- Technical CheckThe editorial office verifies format, scope and ethics compliance.
- Peer ReviewDouble-blind review by at least two independent referees; first decision ≈18 days.
- Revision & AcceptanceAuthors address reviewers' comments; the academic editor makes the final decision.
- Production & PublicationCopyediting, typesetting and proofing; online publication within 5 days of acceptance.
